I handled location audio for the 2020 PXG College Golf Showcase — a branded event production for PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf), the premium golf equipment company based in Scottsdale. Event productions for golf brands typically combine competition coverage with brand storytelling and player profiles.

Golf course exterior audio work requires constant attention to wind — the Arizona desert can be calm in the morning and gusty by afternoon. Competition coverage uses camera-mounted mics for cut-aways and wireless to capture player and caddie interaction around key shots. Interview setups at the course move quickly as players finish rounds.
